Having trouble setting up an account or logging in? Check the questions below.
How do I register an account?
Use your email address to set up a new account. You will receive a verification code during this process. EDECOA protect your information and data carefully.
Why didn't I get a verification code?
1. Check your email address carefully.
2. Check the Spam or Junk folder of your email.
3. Contact our sales represent and provide the email you used.
I am unable to register as it says "email has been used"
1. Use "Forget Password" to reset your password.
2. Contact sales represent and provide your email address.

How to connect my mobile device to this Date Syncing Adapter?
You have multiple options to connect your mobile device to the Data Syncing Adapter.
Make sure you have granted the permissions that EDECOA App requested.

I tried connecting the DSA once but failed, now I can't find it any more?
If this happens, press the reset button on the DSA (follow the manual) for more than 5 seconds until all LEDs on. You should be able to find a device naming "EDECOA-X-XXX" again when you adding device.
How do I reset the DSA?
Usually this function is used only when you have trouble connecting the device or decide to start over the connection process.
Press the button on the Data Syncing Adapter for longer than 5 seconds until you see the LED lights all ON, then release the button.
Note: This action will reset connection information on the chip, which means your DSA is now not connected to any device.
How do I add more than one device on my mobile phone?
It is actually the same process as you adding the first one. Please check this video.
Operation
Currently, we have the basic setting for our hybrid inverters.
How do I set up my inverter?
After connecting the DSA, go to the Setting page, you will see the programs arranged base on the order in the LCD screen of your inverter.
Change setting the way you like to, tap confirm. When "Command Accepted" comes up on the top of the App, your setting for this program is completed.
Why the float charging voltage didn't change after I change the value?
After changing the value, you will need to tap "commit", then tap "confirm" on the pop-up dialog. If the setting is done, you will see a "Command Accepted" banner, this applies to all the setting programs.
How to I reset all the setting programs?
Go to Setting page - Scroll down to the bottom and you will find the "Restore Factory Settings" button.
Tap it and wait till you see "Command Accepted", then your inverter is reset.
